Who am I?

Hi, I’m Brye! Pronounced as rye like the bread with a B. With 10 years in the formal and wedding industry as a Cosmetologist, there’s been lots of time to master the art of hair. My love for cosmetology began in theater in high school. Learning how to bring different ideas to life went from something fun that bloomed into a passion… and because I can get bored all too easily, it led to many sorts of creativity in both hair and makeup. Being a perfectionist was a challenge at first, but I realized it was one of my greatest tools! You’ll never leave my chair without being confident that each detail will be placed with the highest degree of care.

Outside of working with beauties like you, I’m committed to my wonderful, hard working husband whom I adore! Seriously, he’s amazing and displays Christ’s love so well. We’ve been married for over 6 years and the growth and adventures in life with him have been amazing!

In my free time, I’m home with my 2 children and our mini Aussie. We love to play games, be goofy, and go on adventures. Anything from rock climbing, kayaking, camping to doing arts and crafts together with my very artsy husband, to settling down with music from playing instruments, to singing, and dancing.

Do you offer trials?

Absolutely! I travel to you at no additional charge within 50 miles round trip. You can book with a 20% retainer fee and decide on which month you’d like a trial.

What if I need to make a change?

No problem! Changes may be made up to 3 months prior to your date, subject to a second artist’s availability if needed. I’m here to work with you to make sure everything is perfect for your special day.

What is your service area?

I provide onsite beauty services throughout West Michigan and surrounding areas, traveling up to 30 miles round trip at no additional charge. Lodging may be required depending on the location and start time for the event. I bring the salon experience to your location for ultimate convenience on your special day!
